🪅 Corsair Commander Pro Not Working

LED's Not working or Getting Stuck on one color on LL fans. I have 4 LED strips, 6 LLFans, and a Commander Pro & LED hub. For the past two years the LED's on the Fans will randomly get stuck. Stuck off, stuck on, overall its pretty random. The only thing I've found that consistently fixes it is turning my whole system off and unplugging it for Tried resetting it, deleted corsair 5 times and re installed, unplugged USB and moved it all over the board even into my commander. Unplugged Sata and plugged back into a different connector with 0 luck fans stuck on rainbow. I loved the corsair fans but with this issue I'm getting irritated, I have corsair AIO corsair vengeance pro memory and Install the ASUS plugin. Install Armoury Crate. Open iCUE. Click SETTINGS. Select your system memory. Open Armoury Crate. Click the Aura Sync section. Click the Link/Unlink button beneath the DRAM icon; the icon will change to white when linked. When asked if you want to save changes, click Yes. All the fans are Corsair and the Commander Pro is connected to the PSU directly using SATA interface. Another weird behavior was that on my LINK the fan group from fan port#2 stopped showing, but when I switched it from Auto-detect to 3 pin, it started showing the fan group again but with 0 rpm. I am currently running the 3 fan group on fan To give you an example in my system I have 2 different lighting hubs connected to my commander pro. 1 hub had the ml fans on my rad and the other my LL120 case fans. Both Hubs are connected to the commander pro. Unfortunately that is how Corsair gets you with their ecosystem. Everything seemed to work fine (apart from the general unreliability of iCue in general). A few days ago I purchased the Commander Pro. I plugged the Commander Pro into my USB 2.0 header on my motherboard, then plugged the USB of the H150i Pro, into one of the USB headers on the Commander Pro. Now, iCue cannot find the H150i Pro. Can be confirmed via RPM readout or change of pump noise, visible change in the reservoir. 2. Manually set the fan port #6 to operate in 4-Pin mode. (SETTINGS / Commander PRO) and try to change the pump speed via fixed % value. Commander Pro not working. Hey guys, I recently wanted to do an rgb upgrade for my setup and chose the Corsair Commander Pro for RGB and Fan Control. It got delivered first among all other parts, so I tried it in my setup (before rebuilding). I connected it to SATA power and a free internal USB Header and I was able to control a RGB strip (it In order to keep it on one device you would need a RGB lighting hub (effectively a mini lighting mode core) to supply the 5v for the fan lighting. They should be about $10 USD but are very hard to find at the moment. The other option is as you stated, Commander Pro for speed, lighting mode core for RGB. Edited December 27, 2021 by c-attack. I have this same issue. Lighting Node Core that came with QL120's is not recognized when plugged into Commander Pro. Is recognized when plugged direct into mobo (Asus Crosshair VIII X570). I have the spare USB port on the mobo to use, but it bugs me that the onboard ports of the $75 controller don't work as they should. Paging Corsair support Posted June 21, 2020. Regular NF-A14 PWM fans should work. Sometimes the auto detect gets stuck. If you are using PWM, manually change the setting from Auto to 4 pin. The A14 Industrial versions are more problematic. There are of course NF-A14 3 pin DC models as well, but the normal reaction would be max speed and not 0 rpm if was misread. Frequently bought together. Corsair LL Series LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fan 3 Fan Pack with Lighting Node Pro (CO-9050072-WW), Black, Compatible with Desktop. In the case of sp120, the names of rgb, pro, and elite are all different, but the one with pwm is only for elite. By the way, the symptom you wrote is typically a case of a dc fan. The pwm port of commander core xt does not support dc fan. So, check the Corsair site and double-check that the information you have provided is correct. BornToLose129. It depends on the fans. Corsair devices, even if resized correctly, have a hardware limit depending on the fans. EX: a lighting node pro maxes out at 204 LEDs per channel, but in reality it can only handle 3 QL fans per channel due to hardware limitations. 1. dewman45. And you have the Commander Pro? I have the Commander XT and am also unable to set my LL series Corsair fans to zero RPM mode. However, the 3 case fans included with my iCUE 4000X RBG corsair case I purchased are able to run at zero RPM through the iCUE software. I'm not 100% sure what brand they are, but the model number on them is RWF0051. .
